Mandarin and cedar peel on the nose, with notes of freshly mowed grass and hawthorn, on the palate it is tense, savory. The fruity part returns on the finish.

Description

This Spumante Franciacorta Extra Brut is born in the vineyards of Tenute La Montina, located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia.

It is primarily made from Chardonnay grapes and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. This Extra Brut is the result of two different pressing methods: the first, gentle, using a vertical marble press, and the second with classic pneumatic presses. Subsequently, the wine ages in the bottle for at least 24 months on the lees before being released for sale.

This Extra Brut is characterized by a golden yellow color. On the nose, it opens with a floral bouquet, enriched by pleasant hints of fresh fruits. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry, clean, and has a good savoriness.

Perfect for pairing with appetizers and aged cheeses, it is ideal with fish and seafood dishes.
