Description

Alma Rosé Assemblage is an elegant Extra Brut rosé sparkling wine from Bellavista winery, composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards of the estate, with an average age of the vines of about 27-28 years.

The manual harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September, with the must obtained through gentle pressing. The wine is aged on the lees for about 30 months, with a portion of the wines aged in oak barrels to enhance complexity. Tirage is scheduled for June, and remuage is performed manually, enriching the sensory quality of the product.

With a bright antique pink color, it is distinguished by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers delicate notes of orange blossom and candied citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and fragrant, with a pleasant breadth and perfect balance between acidity and minerality, with a crystalline and long finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats.
