Description
The Monte Rossa Spumante Franciacorta Pas Dosé Coupé comes from the vineyards located on the morainic hills of the municipalities of Bornato and Cellatica, in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.
It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 24 months before being marketed.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with elegant hints of elderberry and yellow peach, enriched with pleasant vegetable aromas. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and savory, with a balsamic aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, first courses with meat sauce and risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
