Description
The Franciacorta Brut Satèn of the Enrico Gatti company comes from vineyards of Chardonnay grapes only, located in the hilly area of Franciacorta.
Once the harvest is complete, the fermentation of the must takes place half in French oak barrels and the remainder in steel. Followed by second fermentation in bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with permanence on the lees for at least 32 months.
This Brut Satèn is characterized by a straw yellow colour. The nose opens with notes of fresh almond and elegant aromas of butter. On the palate it is creamy and soft with a pleasantly mineral finish.
Ideal to accompany risotto with seafood, it is perfect in combination with crispy fried fish and grilled fresh fish.
