Description

The Spumante Franciacorta Rosé Brut from Ferghettina comes from vineyards located in the splendid setting of the Adro hills, in Franciacorta.

It is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, rigorously harvested by hand in mid-August. After pressing, only the must is placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C for alcoholic fermentation, separately for each vineyard. The wine thus obtained is then assembled in a cuvée during the following spring and bottled for the second fermentation. The aging on the lees lasts 36 months.

This Franciacorta Rosé Brut has an elegant onion skin color and a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is refined and elegant, with pleasant notes of red fruits, among which aromas of blackberry and fine hints of raspberry. In the mouth it is excellently structured, with a long and pleasant persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with appetizers and first courses based on crustaceans and fish.
