Description

Uberti's Franciacorta Brut Francesco I comes from vineyards located on the Franciacorta hills, in the municipalities of Erbusco, Adro, Cologne and Cazzago San Martino, in the province of Brescia.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes, harvested and selected by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method with refinement of 36 months on its lees.

Uberti's Franciacorta Brut Francesco I is characterized by a straw yellow color, abundant foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense aroma of bread crust, enriched with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with good minerality.

Perfect to accompany fish appetizers, risotto with seafood, sushi and sashimi, this sparkling wine is ideal in combination with eggs and savory pies.
