Description
The Franciacorta Brut by Enrico Gatti, which perfectly expresses the personality of the company, comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the foothills area.
After fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature in steel, the base wine begins the second fermentation in the bottle, with subsequent stay on the lees for at least 24 months.
This Brut is characterized by a pale yellow colour. The nose opens with an intense and rich bouquet, with pleasant aromas of tropical fruit, walnuts and hazelnuts. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and pleasantly persistent.
Ideal to accompany light appetizers and aperitifs, it is perfect when paired with fresh fish-based main courses.
