Description

The Franciacorta Brut Blanc de Blancs 25 from the Freccianera line by Fratelli Berlucchi is obtained from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes from the property's vineyards in Borgonato di Corte Franca, Torbiato di Adro and Provaglio di Iseo, in a sub-Alpine and Mediterranean microclimate, with the thermoregulatory influence of nearby Lake Iseo.

The winemaking takes place with soft pressing of the bunches and fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control. After a second fermentation in the bottle, it refines for at least 25 months on the yeasts.

It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The scent is fresh, rich in notes of oriental white flowers, while the taste is surprisingly harmonious, fragrant and savory, offering a pleasantly balanced tasting experience.

Ideal for an aperitif, thanks to its freshness and dynamism, it is very versatile and able to accompany the entire meal.
