Description
Marchesi Antinori's Franciacorta Brut Rosé Tenuta Montenisa was born in the heart of Franciacorta, around Borgo Clino, close to Lake Iseo.
It is made from pure Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected by hand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then the wine is aged in the bottle for 24 months in contact with the yeasts.
This Franciacorta Brut Rosé has a pale colour, reminiscent of onion peels. The foam is creamy, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fragrant and decisive bouquet, characteristic of Pinot Noir, enriched with hints of dried wild flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and pleasantly structured, for a harmonious result of great ageing.
Thanks to its versatility and balance, this Franciacorta is the ideal accompaniment to a meal based on shellfish or game birds. It is also excellent with chocolate and berry desserts.
