Franciacorta Brut DOCG Noble Cuvée Ca' d'Or

Franciacorta Noble Cuvée comes from the Grand Cru vineyards of Ca 'd'Or, made for the most part with Chardonnay grapes to which a share of Pinot Noir grapes is added.

The harvest is manual with selection of the best bunches that are vinified in small steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle with a stay on the lees for about 30 months.

In the glass it has a bright golden yellow color. On the nose it expresses aromas of bread crust and dried fruit with nuances of hazelnut and dried figs. The palate is fresh and savory, with a finish on citrus tones of grapefruit.

Perfect both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
