Description

Franciacorta Brut Conte di Provaglio Ziliani is a sparkling wine made with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes from the Provaglio d'Iseo area.

The freshness of the Chardonnay and the body of the Pinot Noir grapes are combined to create a base wine for a second fermentation in bottle. It is aged on the lees takes place for 24 months.

The colour is straw yellow with a medium perlage of intensity and finesse. The nose immediately reveals white flesh and citrus fruit, with a herbaceous note of lemon balm followed by notes of biscuit. Creamy on the palate, it maintains its freshness and fruity density for a full and satisfying taste.

Ideal with seafood starters and first courses based on crustaceans and molluscs. It can also be served with game birds and grilled vegetables.
