Description

The Ecce Draco di Mutiliana red wine was born in Romagna from a project by Giorgio Melandri. Mutiliana is a project aimed at enhancing the territory of Modigliana and its 3 valleys Ibola, Tramazzo and Acerreta. The vineyards are located above 600 meters above sea level

It is made exclusively of Pinot Noir grapes, which are vinified with spontaneous fermentation and 30-day maceration in concrete tanks. The wine ages for 11 months in the same containers, followed by at least 12 months in the bottle.

Pale ruby red in colour, the nose reveals aromas of small red fruits, enriched with balsamic and mineral notes. The sip is fresh and tasty, with good persistence.

Excellent wine to accompany first and second courses based on meat and semi-mature cheeses.
