Description
Fioranello Rosso comes from only clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Fiorano Estate, located a few kilometers from the center of Rome, inside the Appia Antica park.
At the end of the harvesting operations, the grapes are softly pressed and the must is fermented in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Before bottling, the wine rests in small oak barrels for 12 months.
The wine has an intense ruby red color. On the nose it opens on strong aromas of blackberry and blueberry that mix with elegant smoky and spicy notes, with hints of aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. On the palate it is balanced, elegant and persistent.
It goes well with all red meats and game.
