Description
Fioranello Bianco is born in the Roman countryside, from the volcanic soils on the slopes of the Alban hills.
It is produced with Grechetto and Viognier grapes harvested in the second ten days of September. The must carries out alcoholic fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged in steel for 6 months.
It has a straw yellow color with golden flashes. On the nose, citrus and aromatic herbs aromas appear, ending with a hint of Mediterranean scrub on a savory trace. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and elegant, with good persistence.
Excellent to serve as an aperitif, it is ideal with fresh cheeses and raw fish.
