Description

Finca de Don Gavarre is a fresh and young white wine from Spain. Produced mainly with Macabeo grapes and a touch of Chardonnay by Bodegas Santo Cristo, it is ideal for lovers of light and aromatic wines.

The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a low-temperature vinification in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit. After fermentation, the wine ages briefly on the lees to increase its complexity.

It has a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. The nose reveals aromas of tropical fruit such as pineapple and passion fruit, with notes of citrus and apple. On the palate it is balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a long and fruity finish.

It pairs perfectly with fresh salads, grilled fish or as an aperitif with savoury snacks.
