Description

The Fiano di Avellino Riserva Campore of the Terredora Cantina was born in the vineyard owned by Lapio, in Campania.

It is produced entirely from Fiano grapes harvested and selected manually. Fermentation takes place in barriques at a controlled temperature, where the wine then ages on the fine lees for at least 6 months.

This Fiano Di Avellino is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose opens with a bouquet of aromas of ripe fruits such as pear and citrus, with delicate hints of honey and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and elegant, complex and of excellent aromatic persistence.

It is ideal to combine with risottos, shellfish and elaborate fish cuisine, as well as sweet and sour dishes.
