Description

The Fiano di Avellino Pietracalda di Feudi di San Gregorio was born in vineyards located on the hills of Sorbo Serpico, in the heart of the wonderful Irpinian landscape.

It is produced with pure Fiano grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Subsequently the wine remains for 4-5 months in steel on its lees, to refine its organoleptic characteristics.

It has a strong straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant sensations of chamomile flowers, freshly picked fruit and candied cedar. On the palate it is soft, fresh and characterized by excellent minerality.

Ideal in combination with shellfish and fish dishes, this wine is perfect to serve with grilled seafood and white meats.
