Description
The Fiano di Avellino from the Di Meo winery comes from selected vineyards in the municipality of Salza Irpina, in the province of Avellino.
It is the result of pure Fiano grapes, traditionally vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine then stays in steel for a period of approximately 3 months, followed by a further 3 months in the bottle.
It stands out for its straw yellow color with greenish hues. The nose clearly perceives hints of toasted hazelnut, enriched by delicate honeyed sensations. The sip is characteristic and intense, pleasantly fresh and persistent.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with seafood and fish.
