Description

The Fiano di Avellino Alessandra from the Di Meo winery comes from the vineyard of the same name located in the municipality of Salza Irpina, in the province of Avellino, with vineyards located at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level.

It is made exclusively with Fiano grapes, vinification traditionally in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains to refine for 9 years, of which 8 in steel and 1 in the bottle.

Straw yellow with golden reflections, the color expresses intense notes of ripe yellow fruit on the nose, centered on a background made of hints of honey and toasted hazelnuts. In the mouth it is intense and fresh, with a characteristic flavour, characterized by a perfect taste harmony.

An ideal pairing for cheeses, both fresh and mature, it is excellent with seafood and fish-based dishes.
