Description
Fiano Beneventano di Lapilli is an elegant and complex white wine, produced from Fiano grapes grown in Campania, a region with a typically Mediterranean climate. The high summer temperatures are made more bearable by the presence of the sea and the orographic conformation, favoring the cultivation of grapes that develop refined and intense aromas.
The grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments for 8-12 days at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17°C in steel tanks. The wine is then stored at 18-20°C until bottling, maintaining the freshness and complexity that characterize this native vine.
It has a bright golden yellow color. On the nose it offers a complex bouquet, with spicy notes that blend with floral aromas of lime, acacia and honey. Mineral hints recall apricot and orange peel, followed by a long finish of toasted hazelnut, typical of this grape variety.
Perfect to accompany legume soups, white meats, shellfish and fish-based dishes, even elaborate ones.
