Description

The lighthouse of the Palari winery was born in vineyards located in S. Stefano Briga, on the gentle hills overlooking the Strait of Messina, in the heart of Sicily.

It is produced with Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Nocera grapes and with grapes of other vines, carefully harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 12 months and for another 18 months in bottle, before being released on the market.

This lighthouse is characterized by a ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet, with hints of jasmine, enriched by pleasant hints of red fruits and delicate spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is pleasantly enveloping, with a dry and velvety body. The wine has long and persistent sensations.

Perfect to accompany roasts and game, it is ideal in combination with first courses and aged cheeses.
