Description

Falanghina del Sannio di Mastroberardino is born in vineyards located in Montefusco, in the province of Avellino.

It is produced exclusively with Falanghina grapes, harvested towards the end of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is aged in the bottle for about 30 days.

This Falanghina del Sannio is characterized by a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet, with fruity hints of citrus and pineapple, enriched by delicate notes of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, persistent and with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
