Description
This Falanghina del Sannio signed Il Poggio reflects the essence of one of the visiting card varieties of the Campania region and the peculiarities acquired in the specific area of Taburno.
The grapes are harvested in the second decade of September. Fermentation takes place in steel as well as the subsequent aging phase.
It is presented in the glass with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose gives off graceful notes of green apple and elderflower. The sip is fresh and soft, unfolding in an excellent final persistence.
Recommended in combination with starters and first courses with seafood. Also excellent to serve with soups and soups or as an aperitif.
