Description

An appellation that needs no introduction, Falanghina takes us back to the times of the ancient Romans, who cultivated the vine using the Falanga method.

This wine comes from Falanghina grapes and is the result of 5 months of ageing in steel tanks in contact with its yeasts.

Its color is pale straw yellow with bright greenish reflections while announcing its perfume making it feel intense and persistent with sensations of small white flowers and fruit. The taste is fresh and balanced, leaving a clean finish on the palate.

Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies any type of appetizer, fish and vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses.
