Etsu Gin Pacific Ocean Water is the delicious and sophisticated Japanese floral distillate made on the island of Hokkaido with a secret recipe.
It is distinguished by the use of water taken from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. For greater intensity and character, this gin is distilled with botanicals after 22 hours of maceration.
It is colorless, with hints of iodine and bitter orange peel. In the mouth it is fresh, iodized and salty.
