Description

The package contains two Etna Rosso Lenza di Munti produced by the Nicosia company, excellent for lovers of Sicilian red wines from the Etna area.

Lenza di Munti is made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that, once in the cellar, macerate cold for 24 hours before starting a fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature for a maximum of 15 days. It is then refined in steel, then in tonneaux for up to 4 months and another 6 months of rest in the bottle.

A beautiful bright ruby red, it offers a complex and highly intense nose with red fruits accompanied by floral scents. Soft and lively on the palate, it maintains its fruity consistency for a full and enveloping sip followed by a persistent finish.

Perfect with cured meats and semi-mature cheeses, it goes well with tasty first courses, roast and grilled meats.
