Description
The Etna Rosso DOC Archineri Pietradolce wine comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes from 80-90 year old vineyards, grown 900 meters from the sea, on the slopes of the volcano.
The manual harvest of the grapes is followed by soft pressing, a natural malolactic fermentation and a long aging, in French oak tonneaux, for 14 months.
A complex and structured red, with aromas of cherry, orange peel, smoky and full-bodied, vital, of rare length and elegance, with well-present tannins.
Ideal for those who love structured and complex wines, also suitable for a long rest in the cellar.
