Description
The Etna Rosso Feudo di Mezzo di Graci comes from organic vineyards located in Arcurìa di Passopisciaro, a hamlet located in the Catania municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia.
It is mainly produced from Nerello Mascalese grapes from Nerello Cappuccio grapes, the harvest of which takes place exclusively by hand. The must ferments in oak vats with indigenous yeasts. Subsequently the wine ages for 24 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
Ruby red in color tending to garnet, the Feudo di Mezzo di Graci shows the nose fruity and intense aromas of blackberry and black currant, which give way to floral notes of violet at the end. In the mouth it is full-bodied and deep, supported by a good tannic texture, savory in the finish.
Ideal to combine with stewed and roasted meats, it is excellent with mushroom risotto, game and mature cheeses.
