Description

Etna Bianco Villa dei Baroni from the Carranco farm is a white wine produced with 100% Carricante grapes, grown in the Contrada Carranco, on the northern slope of Etna, in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia. This wine expresses the unique character of the Etna terroir, with vineyards located 500 meters above sea level on volcanic soils.

The vinification takes place in steel and/or cement tanks at controlled temperatures of 15-16°C to preserve the freshness and aromatic integrity of the grapes. After fermentation, the wines are aged to improve their complexity and structure. This process allows us to obtain a wine that fully expresses its potential, maintaining a balance between freshness, flavor and aromatic intensity.

It has a bright straw yellow color. The nose is complex and enveloping, with fruity hints of green apple, grapefruit and ripe white peach, accompanied by delicate notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is characterized by a lively acidity, good flavor and marked mineral notes that give freshness and power.

This white wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
