Description
Etna Rosso di Graci was born in vineyards located on the northern slopes of the imposing Etna volcano.
It is produced exclusively with Nerello Mascalese grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 12 months before being bottled.
This Etna Rosso is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with intriguing floral scents of rose and oleander, enriched with pleasant aromas of pomegranate and thyme. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with pleasantly fruity veins and a slightly stooped finish.
Perfect to accompany first courses and stewed meats, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
