Description
The Etna Bianco Superiore Pietramarina from Cantina Benanti was born in vineyards located in the Catania municipality of Milo, on the slopes of Etna.
It is produced with pure Carricante grapes, hand-picked in October and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the tank for at least 12 months and then for another 10-12 months in the bottle before being marketed.
Etna Bianco Superiore Pietramarina has a straw yellow color with bright green reflections. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of orange blossom and ripe apple. In the mouth it is dry and harmonious, with a pleasantly aromatic aftertaste of anise and almond.
Perfect to accompany all fish dishes.
