Etna Bianco Superiore Contrada Rinazzo di Benanti is born in vineyards located in the Catania municipality of Milo, on the east side of Etna, at about 800 meters above sea level. The vines are planted with sapling and grow on volcanic and sandy soil, rich in minerals.
It is produced with pure Carricante grapes, harvested by hand in mid-October.After the destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, the must vinifies in steel tanks for about 12 months, at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C, at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Subsequently the wine matures in the tank for at least 12 months.
In the glass the wine shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of orange blossom and Golden apple, with spicy notes. In the mouth it is dry and harmonious, with a mineral and quite persistent finish.
Ideal in combination with first courses seasoned with white fish sauces and with fish main courses.
