Description

The Etna Bianco DOC Pietradolce wine comes from the Carricante grapes grown as sapling at 800 meters above sea level on the slopes of Etna.

The soft pressing of the grapes and the aging in steel and bottle only allow to enhance the pure essence of Etna whites.

In the glass, the clear yellow color heralds clear and fruity aromas alternating with mineral notes, aromas of Mediterranean scrub that also accompany the palate, pleasantly surprised by minerality and flavor.

A valid companion of fish menu with octopus, swordfish, grilled fish, but also risotto and, why not, to try with slightly spicy and spicy oriental dishes.
