Description

Munti's Etna Bianco Lenza is a Nicosia company wine produced with a blend of Catarratto and Carricante grapes.

The vineyards located at an average altitude of 720 meters above sea level are grown on volcanic sands with a great abundance of minerals. Significant daily temperature variations allow to obtain healthy grapes which are left to macerate for 24 hours in the cold before soft pressing. Fermentation follows for a maximum of 25 days and aging on the fine lees before resting for 2 months in the bottle.

Bright straw yellow in appearance, it has floral notes of acacia, chamomile, grapefruit and apple. On the palate it immediately reveals great minerality and softness showing remarkable structure for an intense and prolonged sip.

It can be tasted in combination with aperitifs or raw fish, sushi and fried dishes.
