Tupungato Malbec Reserva IG Estate Reserva 2021 Finca Sophenia

Estate Reserva Malbec by Finca Sophenia comes from a blend of grapes harvested in the most famous wine-growing areas of Argentina: Gualtallary, Tupungato and Mendoza.

It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes, harvested only by hand during the month of April. Fermentation takes place in contact with the yeasts at a controlled temperature for about 15 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 12 months and for another 6 months in the bottle, before being placed on the market.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with purple reflections. The nose opens with elegant aromas of violets, enriched by pleasant aromas of cherries and plums. On the palate it is pleasantly concentrated, with voluminous tannins.

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts and aged cheeses.
