Description
Emporia Gin was born from the idea of Nuccio Caffo who decides to use the Phoenician juniper variety for this distillate.
Coming from Calabria, this juniper is the basic ingredient and the result of a long botanical research that has ended up including other regional herbs such as bergamot peel and licorice root, sage, absinthe, elderberry, coriander . The processing involves a double distillation of the compound put to macerate with the berries. The process also respects the seasonal and regular insertion of the other herbs together with the water of the Tyrrhenian Sea to add a slight flavor.
Gin with a unique character and great historical ambition, it is dry, soft and harmonious, with a perceptible freshness and aromatic charge, with a good balance between citrus notes and spices.
Perfect for mixing, it can enhance Martini Cocktail, Negroni, Gin & Tonic.
