Description

Malvasia Brut Giuseppe Verdi by Cantine Ceci is a very fresh white sparkling wine, produced with aromatic Malvasia di Candia grown on the Emilian hills, characterised by clayey soils.

The harvest takes place at the beginning of September, when the grapes reach the perfect balance between sugars and acidity. The vinification takes place according to the Martinotti method, with a white fermentation in steel tanks, which enhances the aromatic qualities of the Malvasia grapes.

In the glass it presents a pale straw yellow color and a fine, elegant and delicate perlage. On the nose, delicate vegetal and fruity notes emerge, with citrus hints that give freshness. On the palate it is savory and harmonious, with a convincing balance between the lively aroma and a light sweetness, for a long and persistent finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs splendidly with cured meats, fried vegetables and seafood, egg-based dishes and slightly aged cheeses.
