Description
Lambrusco Emilia Radici d'Italia by Terre Forti is a dry sparkling red wine from the Emilia-Romagna region. It is made from 100% Lambrusco grapes, a variety known for its lively acidity and freshness. The vineyards are located in plains and hills at an altitude of 150 meters, with clayey-silty soil.
The grapes are harvested both by hand and by machine in September. After destemming and pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins for 8 days. Primary fermentation takes place in tanks at a controlled temperature between 16-19°C for 8 days, followed by a second fermentation for 15 days. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks for up to 3 months before bottling at a pressure of 2.5 bar.
It has a lively ruby color. On the nose it offers a varied bouquet with notes of plum jam and dried fruit. In the mouth it is a well-balanced wine, with a pleasant structure that enhances its dry and fruity nature, maintaining a good persistence.
This Lambrusco pairs perfectly with appetizers, meat dishes and pasta.
