Description

The Emilia Malvasia of the Otello by Ceci line was born in vineyards located on the hills of Parma, in the heart of Emilia Romagna.

It is produced with pure Malvasia di Candia grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the first week of October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in steel pressurized tanks, according to the Charmat method.

Emilia Malvasia Otello by Ceci has an intense straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fresh floral scents, enriched with fruity notes of green apple, white peach and tropical fruits, with herbaceous and balsamic aromas. On the palate it proves soft and fresh, with a strong and intense character.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and aged cheeses, white meats and baked fish.
