Description
Cantine Ceci's Emilia Lambrusco Secco Terre Verdiane hails from vineyards located in the splendid landscapes of Verdi's music.
It is produced exclusively with Lambrusco Maestri and Lambrusco Marani grapes, softly pressed and fermented in a traditional manner with pumping over.
This Lambrusco is characterised by an intense purplish red colour. The nose opens with fruity notes of violets and strawberries. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, with an immediate sensation of fullness.
It is the perfect accompaniment to roasted meats, cold cuts and braised meats.
