Description
Lambrusco Antico Bruscone from the Giuseppe Verdi line of Cantine Ceci is a red sparkling wine that reflects the Emilian tradition, produced with Lambrusco grapes grown on clayey-sandy soils.
The grape harvest takes place between the beginning and the middle of September, allowing the wine to develop a moderate residual sugar that perfectly balances the aromatic profile. The vinification takes place in red using the Martinotti method, with a fermentation in steel that allows to preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit. The result is a wine of good drinkability, with a fine perlage and a delicately fruity body.
Ruby red in color, it has a bouquet that intertwines hints of black cherry, cherry and vegetal notes, with a deep minerality. On the palate, the delicate tannin and freshness of the wine blend with notes of red fruit and a hint of sweetness, offering a balanced and persistent finish.
Suitable for the entire meal, it pairs excellently with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and, unexpectedly, with fatty fish dishes.
