Description

Lambrusco Amabile Giuseppe Verdi by Cantine Ceci is a sparkling red wine with a sweet and lively soul, produced exclusively with Lambrusco grapes from Emilia. It comes from medium-textured clay soils that give it a pleasant freshness and structure, making it a convivial and versatile wine.

The harvest takes place between early and mid-September, allowing the grapes to ripen to the right point to obtain the desired sweet-mellow profile. After a red maceration with Martinotti processing and fermentation in autoclave, the wine then matures until it reaches a perfect balance between freshness and sweetness, with a moderate residual sugar that makes it appealing and easy to drink.

In the glass it presents a ruby red color with purple reflections, accompanied by a fine perlage. On the nose, intense aromas of sweet red fruit such as black cherry, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry are perceived, enriched by light floral hints. On the palate, the sweet entry is balanced with a light tannic texture and a mineral freshness, giving a harmonious and well-balanced finish.

Ideal to be enjoyed with cured meats, sausages, medium-aged cheeses, tasty pastas, spiced meats and vegetable pies. It is also perfect as a wine to be sipped between meals.
