Description

The Drago Bianco white wine from Paladin is produced from Chardonnay grapes, harvested late.

The grapes are vinified in wood, i.e. both in second and third passage French oak barriques, and in large Slavonian barrels.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose reveals aromas of acacia flowers, ripe pineapple and vanilla. The sip is warm, of medium structure and has a good persistence.

Excellent in combination with salmon and eel, it also goes well with spicy cuisine and risottos.
