Description

The Pfalz Orstwein Riesling Trocken Forst by Dr. Von Bassermann - Jordan was born in vineyards located on the banks of the Rhine river, in the historic German region of Palatinate.

It is produced only with Riesling Renano grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is refined in the same containers in order to preserve the characteristics of fruitiness and freshness.

Dr. Von Bassermann - Jordan's Forst is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas of ripe apple, peach and apricot. On the palate it is characterized by a delicate acidity and hints of fruit, with a pleasantly mineral and persistent finish.

This white wine is perfect to accompany fish and seafood dishes.
