Description

The Dolcetto d'Alba of the company L'Astemia is born in vineyards located in the Cuneo municipality of Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of Piedmont.

It is produced with 100% Dolcetto grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration of 10-12 days, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is aged for 8 months in steel tanks before being bottled.

This Dolcetto d'Alba is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with blue-violet reflections. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints of cherry, blueberry and raspberry, enriched with notes of spices and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is rich and powerful, which evolves expressing its characteristics of fruity and elegance.

Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and salami.
