Description
Dolcetto Bricco di Vergne is produced by the Batasiolo company, owned by the Dogliani family, which has been producing wine in the Langhe for over 4 decades.
The wine is made up of 100% Dolcetto grapes, which are destemmed and fermented for 8-10 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages in the same containers until bottling.
Ruby red in color with purple reflections, it expresses aromas of violet and cherry on the nose. The sip is rich and full, with a slightly bitter finish.
Ideal in combination with everyday cooking.
