Description

Dolcetto d'Alba Lorenzo Accomasso is a typical red wine from Piedmont, produced with Dolcetto grapes from selected vineyards in the La Morra area. The vines grow on clay, limestone and iron-rich soils at an altitude of around 300 metres. The company uses traditional cultivation techniques and organic fertilizers to obtain high quality grapes, maintaining a natural production philosophy without the use of chemical products.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in oak barrels for approximately 6 months.

The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color and violet reflections, characterized by freshness and fruity notes. On the nose, hints of fresh red fruit emerge such as cherry and plum, accompanied by notes of spring flowers. In the mouth, the wine is soft, with balanced acidity and a pleasantly tannic finish. This Dolcetto d'Alba is intriguing and direct, supported by an elegant and well-balanced structure.

Perfect to accompany a mixed grill or roast pork, it is also ideal with a platter of cold cuts and mature cheeses.
