Description

Dolcetto d'Alba Mosesco by the Marquis Antinori was born in the vineyards of the Prunotto estate, located in the heart of the DOC Dolcetto d'Alba.

It is produced with 100% Dolcetto grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 27-28 ° C, for 9 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels and for another 4 months in bottle before being marketed.

It has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with an elegant vinous and floral bouquet, enriched with hints of cherry, pear and peach, with a slight hint of wood. On the palate it is full and balanced, with a pleasantly almondy finish.

Perfect with appetizers, it is ideal in combination with first courses and white meats.
