Description
Dolcetto d'Alba di Pio Cesare is an expression of the proprietary vineyards located in the Treisa area, the Bricco, and in the areas of Barbaresco and Sinio, Val di Croce and Bricco dello Stornello.
In the cellar the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature with short maceration on the skins. The final refinement takes place in steel.
It is presented in the glass with a fascinating ruby red color. The nose enchants with fabulous aromas of ripe red fruit and spices. In the mouth it is fresh, full-bodied and structured.
The ideal combination is that with pasta dressed with meat sauce, with cold cuts or roasts.
