Description

Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Cordero di Montezemolo is one of the wines of the Monfalletto estate, in the municipality of La Morra.

From the selection of the manually harvested Dolcetto grapes, this red is born, which after a short maceration is refined in steel and, for a modest part, in wood, to be able to achieve the perfect balance between softness and vivacity.

In the glass it reveals all the typical character of this grape, with its bright ruby red color with violet reflections, the vinous aroma with clear notes of small berry fruit, cherry and raspberry, and a fresh and fruity taste that accompanies towards the second glass .

The perfect red to be shared with family or friends, paired with classic Piedmontese appetizers such as raw Albese meat, stuffed peppers, veal with tuna sauce, and also ideal on first courses such as tagliolini and agnolotti.
